Virat Kohli is one of the best fielders in world cricket, and is rarely seen losing the field, forgetting to make catches. But as the year 2020 has been, it seems that everything is possible and the impossible happened in the KXIP vs RCB match. The 2020 IPL meet at Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Thursday will be best remembered for KL Rahul’s IPL record of the century, but Virat Kohli dropping two attendees will be something to be forgotten. Fans on social media were incredulous, many flooded Twitter to create some pretty hilarious memes.
Here’s the video of Virat Kohli making two catches, both times off KL Rahul, allowing the KXIP skipper to score a scintillating century.

After the match, Virat Kohli admitted that his mistakes had cost the team “some 30-40 runs”.
“I think we were pretty good in the middle phase with the ball. I have to be up front and take the worst of it,” Kohli said after RCB’s big loss.
“They cost between 30 and 40 races,” lamented the RCB boss. “If we had restricted them to 180, we would not have felt the pressure to pass from the first ball.
“There are days when this kind of thing happens. You just have to accept it,” he said.
Promoted
RCB’s huge 97-run loss meant they had lost for the first time this season, following a win over SunRisers Hyderabad in their opener.
RCB and Virat Kohli will be looking to bounce back in their next game, but that will be easier said than done when they face the defending champions Mumbai Indians on Monday in Dubai.
