After leading the Trinbago Knight Riders to victory in the Caribbean Premier League, West Indies off-road star Kieron Pollard joined the Mumbai Indians camp in Abu Dhabi on Saturday ahead of the 2020 IPL opener on September 19th.
Not only Pollard, all the other players from the Caribbean and some from other countries have also reached base with their teams after completing Caribbean Premier League commitments.
The IPL, moved to the UAE, will take place from September 19 to November 10 at three locations: Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah.

Along with Pollard, West Indian Sherfane Rutherford has also joined the team.
The Mumbai Indians who are the defending champions will face Chennai Super Kings, in the lung opener of the rich T20 league. Pollard led the Trinbago Knight Riders to the CPL title.
