IPL 2020: ‘Next week we’ll have more fun than we’ve had in recent months’ – Virat Kohli to RCB teammates – cricket

Royal Challengers Bangalore suffered four consecutive defeats on their way to the playoffs. Virat Kohli’s team started the tournament high, but recent losses have led fans to wonder if RCB has him in the tank to win his first title. It hadn’t been the easiest season for the franchise, but while there have been some lows, many have been high.

Prior to the knockout clash against Sunrisers Hyderbad in the 2020 Indian Premier League, the RCB team held a team discussion in which each team member had the opportunity to hear from the team leaders.

The video of the team’s discussion was posted on RCB’s official YouTube channel. At the meeting, RCB captain Virat Kohli spoke with his teammates and told them to have the same mindset.

Kohli also said that he guarantees his team will have more fun next week compared to the last two months.

“I want everyone to be in the same mindset, I promise everyone that we will have more fun in the next week than in the last two and a half months. It would be amazing if we could get into the right mindset, and I think we’ve gotten there, ”Kohli said.

RCB had finished the group stage in fourth position with 14 points from 14 games. The team had lost their last group stage clash against Delhi Capitals, but still, the team managed to reach the playoffs on the basis of net run rate.
