Dwayne Bravo’s departure from the 2020 Indian Premier League (IPL) was a huge blow to the Chennai Super Kings, who are in the midst of a losing streak. The Caribbean off-roader injured his groin in CSK’s game against Delhi Capitals, leading to his unwanted exit from the tournament. Dejected at being ruled out of the tournament, Bravo has called on the CSK fans to continue supporting the team through what has turned out to be a forgettable season.

“It is sad news, it is sad to leave my CSK team. To all of our CSK fans, I want you to keep cheering for the team, keep supporting, all the true CSK fans, ”Bravo said in a video message uploaded by CSK on Twitter.
“This was not a season that we expected or that our fans wanted, but we did our best. Sometimes, despite trying our best, the results don’t show up. Please keep supporting us and I can guarantee that we will come back stronger and better as champions. One of the most successful franchises, I think we should be proud to be members and fans of CSK, ”he further said.
