SAMBALPUR / ODISHA: Prime Minister Narendra modi on Saturday he said that innovation, integrity and inclusion have become the key mantras in the field of administration which can help the country to achieve the goal of ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’.
Laying the foundation stone for the permanent campus of IIM-Sambalpur Through a video conference, the prime minister said that the goal of a self-sufficient India will be achieved with the help of collaborative, innovative and transformative concepts in management.
Noting that technology is reducing distances between regions, Modi He said that India has carried out rapid reforms in the digital connectivity sector to cope with the changes that are taking place around the world.
“Technology management is as important as human management,” he said, adding that the country has been able to develop substantial capacity over the past decade, which was evident during the Covid-19 crisis.
Emphasizing that the young generation must bring the laggards with them to ensure inclusive growth, Modi said that local products will have a global reach with the help of new management and technology concepts.
“Today’s startups in India are tomorrow’s multinational corporations,” he said, calling on young managers to align their career goals with the country’s aspirations.
The prime minister said IIM Sambalpur will go a long way in giving Odisha a new identity in the field of management education, in addition to creating enormous opportunities for the manual loom and other sectors in the region.
