GANGTOK: The Indian army rescued three Chinese nationals who were lost in the northern Sikkim plateau area at an altitude of 17,500 feet and provided them with immediate medical assistance. The incident had taken place on September 3.
The Indian army said its personnel provided oxygen, food and warm clothing to the rescued Chinese troops and also gave them proper guidance, after which they returned to their destination.
