Without Virat Kohli for the remainder of the series, possibly without Mohammed Shami as well due to a broken right wrist and then the humiliation of posting her lowest total in the test a few days ago – India is beaten and bruised entering second proof. against Australia in Melbourne and many expect a one-sided competition in favor of the hosts. But Australia’s first player, Nathan Lyon, doesn’t believe in that idea. Lyon, in fact, expects India to come back strong in the Boxing Day Test from December 26.
Crossing out India’s 36 as “one of those days,” Lyon said they don’t expect to go out and pitch India by 50 again in the second test.

“I do not think that it is that hard. You look at the quality of the players on the Indian side and they have some absolutely world-class players in the whole team, ”Lyon told reporters on Wednesday.
“That was one of those days when nothing went well for them and everything went well for us. We’ve all had them, it’s part of the game of cricket.
“We hope they shoot out and don’t have the scars from the other day. Cricket is a new day, a new game every time. I know we can’t wait to go and release them for 50 again, so we have to make sure we’re preparing well. ”

Lyon was largely a bystander when Martians Josh Hazlewood, Pat Cummins and Mitchell Starc broke the Indian batting order in not much more than an hour last Saturday.
The 33-year-old said it was a privilege to be a part of what he considered the best bowling attack in the world, even if it meant he was attacked by batters desperate for a break from the rhythm.
“India will try to attack me again,” he added.
“I think one of his tactics is to come after me, which is totally fine, I’m quite used to it. It is up to me to know when to attack and when to defend as well. It’s all fun and part of cricket, especially when you’re a little bowler. ”
In particular, he likes Cheteshwar Pujara, Virat Kohli and Ajinkya Rahane were quite positive against Lyon with Pujara using his feet almost every time the off course threw him up.
“It’s going to be a big challenge for us again and we will start our preparation very well and we will make sure that we are prepared to face India again on (the) Boxing Day, it will be another big challenge for us,” added Lyon, who has 391 pitches of proof to his credit.
