MELBOURNE: Australian hitter David warner has been ruled out of the rest of the white ball games against India due to a groin injury and faces a fitness battle to be ready for the first test at the Adelaide Oval on December 17.
Cricket Australia said Monday that Warner, who suffered the injury on the field during Australia’s 51-race ODI victory on Sunday, would rest in hopes of being fit for the four-round series against virat Kohlifrom the side.
