Business magnate Anand Mahindra is known for sharing posts that show how people around the world use innovative techniques to simplify daily tasks. Her recent tweet shows one of those ideas. Someone modified their regular e-rickshaw to accommodate the social distancing needs that people have today. Mahindra shared a video of this unique vehicle, not only praising the idea but also writing how some of its teams may have one or two things to learn from the innovator.
The video posted by Mahindra shows what a normal e-rickshaw looks like. However, this is modified to include four separate seating compartments. Through this modification, four people can travel in the same vehicle without any contact with each other. The idea is quite good, given the current situation.
“The abilities of our people to innovate and adapt quickly to new circumstances never cease to amaze me,” Mahindra tweeted. He also tagged Rajesh Jejurikar, CEO of Auto & Farm Sectors, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, adding: “We need to get this done as an advisor to our R&D and product development teams!”
