“I have to find out what the hell is this virus” – Joe Rogan

The news about the cancellation of UFC 249 came out of nowhere. But coincidentally, several people were in front of the camera when the news broke. UFC commentator Joe Rogan was also one of them.

Joe Rogan was in the middle of his podcast with Brendan Schaub when the news came out. Initially, Rogan let out a sigh of relief. This was because he was not one hundred percent sure if he wanted to attend the event. In his own words, he was roughly about seventy-five percent sure he was going to lend his voice on April 18.

However, that doesn’t mean he was against holding the event entirely. In fact, he praised Dana White for being unforgiving. Joe Rogan added that if all the correct precautions were in place, then it would be absolutely fine to host the event.

What bothered Rogan the most is the blanket of uncertainty that clouds the virus. He feels that everything will improve once they discover what the virus really is.

If this were like any other disease where we understood it better, it would be much safer. ” Joe Rogan said on his podcast.

Then he made reference to the fact that the comedian and his friend Michael Yo were infected with the virus. Rogan’s logic was clear. If a fit individual, like Me, can contract the virus, then others are just as likely to become infected as well.

“We have to find out what the hell this virus is and how it is treated, what is the most effective way. So it makes us a little bit weaker with our regulations.”

Joe Rogan believes the UFC can make a lot of money if they move to the island

The main reason behind the cancellation of UFC 249 is believed to be the intervention of a senator. However, that still doesn’t affect Dana’s plans for the fight island that he’s supposedly reserved for months.

After the failure of the Tachi Palace plan, the island is the next great hope for Dana and the UFC. However, there would be substantial investments involved in making such an arrangement.

How much money is the UFC going to spend on these private jets …? ” Brendan Schaub said before being interrupted by Rogan.

Think of all the money you are going to earn from the reality show on how to move the UFC to the island. “ Joe Rogan said. “Because I’m seeing that shit. F *** Tiger King. I’m going to see Dana White screaming and trying to figure out how to fight on an island.”

Joe also hoped that the worst was behind him. However, his comments about discovering the virus are at the heart of this global pandemic. If the doctors can solve it, then the solution to the problem will be in our hands.
