(ALMS), a UCI ventilator manufacturer, to increase the production and supply of ventilators. With this partnership, HMI and ALMS aim to reach a goal of 1,000 fans in Production Phase 1 and expand later.

Ventilators are medical devices that do the breathing work for patients who are unable to breathe on their own by delivering air with a high concentration of oxygen to the lungs. For patients severely affected by COVID-19, ventilators are critical in ensuring that continuous oxygen is delivered to overcome respiratory failure.
