As contestants live out their dreams in the hot seat opposite host Amitabh Bachchan, Kaun Banega Crorepati also gives viewers the opportunity to win prizes through the Play Along option on the SonyLIV app. This year too, the creators have some surprises planned for viewers. From 10 players earning one lakh every day and a plethora of other prizes to the ability to play in teams and an exclusive video call with host Amitabh Bachchan, there is so much to offer this season.

Our new feature ‘Har Din 10 Lakhpati’ is an extension in that direction to build momentum around KBC Play Along and turn our viewers into winners. With 10 lakhpatis a day, we not only aim to reward home-sitting viewers, but we also intend to fulfill the aspirations of countless Indians to participate in the largest reality show in India. “

1. Download the SonyLIV application from Google Play or App Store for free.
2. You do not need a subscription to participate in Play Along. However, a subscriber gets additional benefits in terms of prizes.
3. Click the Play Along option on the home page. You will need to register and update your profile in the application. Switch between English or Hindi based on your language preference.
After downloading the SonyLIV application, you will need to create your profile to register.
4. The basic rules to participate are that you must be over 18 years old and an Indian citizen. Please read the terms and regulations carefully before playing the game.
5. As the questions are asked on television, they will be displayed on your mobile screen. You must select the correct answer within the stipulated time.
6. You have to send the answer, or else the system will not accept your answer.
7. Each correct answer will earn you points
8. There is no elimination for a Play Along participant. Even if you give an incorrect answer, you can keep playing.
9. There is only one lifeline available for Play Along contestants. While subscribers can use it at any time during gameplay, non-subscribers will need to complete some digital tasks to take advantage of it.
10. This season, you can also earn 500 points by giving the correct answer to the first question on the fastest finger.
11. The creators have also introduced a Play Along Team feature, where you can create a team with friends and family. A minimum of three and a maximum of 10 people can be on a team. The team with the highest score can earn up to Rs one lakh.
There are several prizes that can be won at KBC Play Along.
12. Only subscribers will be eligible to win the ‘lakhpati’ award. Non-subscribers can win up to Rs 1000 as a cash prize. However, they will be eligible to win other prizes such as televisions, laptops, bluetooth speakers, headphones, power banks, mobile phones, iPads, and vouchers.
13. The top scorer of the season will also have a chance to win a fancy new car.
14. That’s not all, 20 lucky winners will get a Zoom call with host Amitabh Bachchan.
15. Finally, the selected contestants will be able to participate in the main show of Kaun Banega Crorepati 12. They will be seen in the last week of the show.
