The wait for the new iPhone 12 series is finally over, as pre-ordering of Apple’s newest iPhones begins starting today. The iPhone 12 series, powered by A14 Bionic chips, the fastest on an iPhone and with 5G support for the first time, is now available for pre-order at Apple Online Store India.
Among the new models presented at Apple’s event on October 13 titled ‘Hi, Speed’, the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro models will go on sale starting October 30 and pre-booking began today.
However, if you anticipate buying iPhone 12 Max or iPhone 12 Mini, you will have to wait a bit longer as the pre-order for these two phones will start from November 6 in India.
How to reserve iPhone 12 models in advance:
Apple started pre-order options for the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro models in the country starting on October 23 at 12am, which means you can reserve the phones from Apple India’s online store right away.
Go to the Apple India Store site and click on the pre-order link for the model you want to buy. You can then choose the specs, such as available storage and color options, and pre-reserve the model. If you have an older iPhone, you can also trade it in for a discount on your iPhone 12 or iPhone Pro.
Price of iPhone 12 series, iPhone Pro in India:
The iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro, which are currently available for pre-order, start from ₹79,900 (for 64GB model) and ₹1,19,900 (for the 128GB model), respectively.
The other storage variants available for iPhone 12 are the 128GB model which is priced at ₹84,900 and the 256GB variant is priced at ₹94,900. The iPhone 12 Pro, on the other hand, is available in a 256GB storage variant in ₹1,29,900 and 512GB storage model in ₹1,49,900, in addition to the base model.
iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro offers:
Apple, in its online store, offers HDFC rebate offers. Customers can make use of ₹6,000 refunds on the HDFC credit card and 6 months of EMI at no cost when you get a refund of ₹6000 when purchasing iPhone 12. For iPhone 12 Pro, customers can get ₹5,000 refunds and no EMI cost for six months.
In addition, HDFC debit card customers can benefit from an instant discount of ₹1500 on the purchase of iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro. This is a limited-period offer and will be available until December 26.
Previously, joining e-commerce giants Amazon and Flipkart, Apple recently announced a Diwali deal in which the company offers AirPods for free with the iPhone 11 on its online store. The offer started on October 17. Apple made the announcement on the home page of its online store.
Currently, the base variant of the iPhone 11 with 64GB of internal storage is priced at ₹68,300. IPhone 11 costs ₹73,600 for 128 GB of internal storage and 84,100 for 256 GB.
Meanwhile, the sale of the iPhone 12 series has also started globally. Two of Apple’s latest iPhone 12 models went on sale in China on Friday, after early pre-order data showed strong consumer interest in the 5G-enabled device in the company’s second-largest market. .
