Indian captain Virat Kohli offered Tottenham Hotspur forward Harry Kane a place on his IPL RCB squad after watching the footballer hit as an ‘attack hitter’ on Saturday. The English player is grabbing the spotlight on social media for his cricket skills as he plays a fun match with his teammates.
In response to Harry Kane’s tweet, where he had posted a video of him playing cricket with his teammates and breaking boudaries in an indoor facility, Virat Kohli said, “Haha, good skill buddy. Maybe we can get you in as a hitter for counterattack “.

In the video, England goalkeeper Joe Hart was also seen bowling with Harry Kane as he continued to score runs. Dele Alli almost caught him, but the catch fell off and the batter was seen celebrating in the video.
Kane had posted it tagging Kohli, IPL and RCB, “Got a hit in the T20 to win a match I think. Any place for @RCBTweets in the @IPL next season @imVkohli?”
England cricketer Jos Buttler also noticed Kane’s cricket talent and asked him to put his name on the IPL 2021 auction. “Take part in the @ iplt20 auction,” Buttler wrote in Kane’s Instagram post.
The 27-year-old Kane is known as one of the best strikers in the English Premier League and has scored 7 goals in 9 games this season. His team, Tottenham, is currently at the top of the league table with 20 points.
