Government Approves PUBG India Company Registration; PUBG Mobile Game Will Be Relaunch Soon – Latest News


NEW DELHI: PUBG India Private Limited is now a legitimate company in India after approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. This means that PUBG India game will be released very soon. The company is already listed on the ministry’s website with a valid Corporate Identity Number (CIN) and its registered office is in Bengaluru.

The directors of PUBG India Private Limited are Kumar Krishnan Iyer and Hyunil Sohn. The company was incorporated on November 21, 2020 in Karnataka with a paid-up capital of Rs 5 lakh and an authorized capital of Rs15 lakh as a subsidiary of a foreign company. Iyer is also a director of eight other companies, including Accuweather India Private Limited.

PUBG Corporation, creator of Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) and a subsidiary of Krafton Inc of South Korea, will launch PUBG MOBILE INDIA soon. It will be a new game created specifically for the Indian market.

So what can you expect from the new Indian version of the game? “Various aspects of the game will be customized for Indian players, such as the game now taking place in a virtual simulation training ground, new characters that automatically start dressed, and green impact effects to reflect the virtual nature of the game. PUBG India Private Limited company is said to hire over 100 employees specialized in business, e-sports and game development. In addition to establishing a local office, the company will actively seek to collaborate with and leverage local businesses to strengthen its gaming service.

The company also announced plans to make investments worth $ 100 million in India to cultivate the local video game, e-sports, entertainment and IT industries.
