- An internal Vodaphone document details the alleged Google Pixel 5 launch date in Germany.
- If the document is true, the Pixel 5 will land in German stores on September 25.
- The Pixel 4a 5G is likely to land on the same date, but the document does not mention a Pixel 5 XL.
A newly leaked image strongly suggests the supposed release date of the upcoming Google Pixel 5. As leaked by YouTuber Techcheck (h / t GSM stadium), the source of the information is an internal document of the German Vodaphone branch.
The document shows the release dates of the Pixel 5, Pixel 4a and Pixel 4a 5G in that country. You can see the image for yourself below.
Google Pixel 5 supposed release date in Germany
It’s a bit tricky to see, but the document suggests that the Google Pixel 4a, Google Pixel 4a 5G, and Google Pixel 5 could land in Germany on September 25, 2020. If that’s true, the general launch of Pixel 5 and Pixel 4a 5G it could be very soon and probably the same date.
Unfortunately, the document does not mention a Pixel 5 XL. While this isn’t surprising given the buzz in recent months, it seems to cement the idea that there will only be one Pixel 5 model this year.
Yesterday, we learned that the Google Pixel 5 could cost € 629 (~ $ 745) in Europe. We will have to wait and see how this is resolved, but all the evidence suggests that the next batch of Pixels will be landing very soon!
