Interior designer and film producer Gauri Khan has shared a new image on Instagram with a powerful message for women. The photo shows only half of Gauri’s face to convey how we only see partial realities of others.

Everything that is not seen completes me, and from there I get my strength. This image is a reminder to stay #RootedToStrength. Label the women who inspire your soul. Post a cropped image of yourself, share this text, and let’s create a global force grid, ”she captioned her post. The image appears to be a promotion for a jewelry brand with which it is associated.
Earlier this week, Gauri had spoken about her family, her husband Shah Rukh Khan, their children Aryan and Abram and their daughter Suhana, how they dealt with the confinement. Speaking of her children, Gauri said that Aryan finished her film-making course at the University of Southern California and is now taking a break to watch a ton of movies at home. Sushana’s online classes at New York University keep her busy. “AbRam is back at school… something very new. Initially it was quite difficult for children … at their age. But she is doing well. Spending a lot of time with the family and with all of us together, ”he told NDTV in an interview.
Gauri also spoke about how Shah Rukh Khan cooked for the family during the confinement and that his mother is the one who runs his house with “remote control” from Delhi. “Most of my organization has been remotely controlled by my mother, who is in Delhi. She is on the direct line with the staff, pictures coming and going, WhatsApp messages … ‘This space is dirty and this needs a complete cleaning, this needs disinfection’ and all that. It keeps her busy and keeps my staff in check, ”he said.

“I learned a lot from her, she is basically managing my house through the remote control, through messages and phone calls. She has been a great helping hand, “he added.
