The scheme, launched virtually by DDA Vice President Anurag Jain, is completely online and is done through the DDA’s newly developed AWAAS software from application processing to ownership of the flats, according to reports.
The most expensive flats are priced at ₹Rs 2.14 crore in the high income group category. A maximum of 757 flats have been offered in the MIG category, an official told the news agency PTI.

1) Under the new housing scheme, more than 1,350 flats are offered for various categories in various locations in the national capital, including Dwarka, Jasola, Manglapuri, Vasant Kunj and Rohini.
2) According to the information shared in the scheme brochure, the number of flats on offer is 254, 52 and 291, respectively in the HIG, LIG and EWS / Janta categories.

In the same category, about 13 flats are offered in Vasant Kunj in the price range of ₹1.43 crore to ₹1.72 million rupees, it added.
4) The MIG floors are located in Dwarka, Vasant Kunj and Rohini, while the EWS floors are in Mangalagiri.
5) The DDA’s highest decision-making body, chaired by the Deputy Governor of Delhi and DDA President Anil Baijal, approved the plan during an online meeting of the authority.
6) Applications under the scheme can be submitted until February 16, the DDA reported.
7) The DDA has said that all eligible awardees can take advantage of the benefits of ₹2.67 lakh under the credit-linked subsidy scheme under PMAY (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana) – Housing for All (Urban).
8) The applicant must visit the DDA only for the purposes of the execution deed.
9) Since various concessions are offered in the EWS category, eligible awardees in this category will not be able to sell or transfer or otherwise part of the property in any way for a period of five years from delivery . of possession, the circular said.
10) The latest DDA Housing Program, offering around 18,000 apartments in four categories: 488 (HIG), 1,555 (MIG), 8,383 (LIG) and 7,496 (EWS), was launched in early March 2019.
