The five MLAs are Aslam Raini, Aslam Chaudhary, Mujtaba Siddiqui, Hakim Lal Bind, and Hargovind Bhargava.
The scrutiny of the nominations will take place on Wednesday for the November 9 elections.
The scrutineer will examine the complaint about the forged signatures and make a decision, the sources said.
