PUBG Mobile has been a monumental success in every aspect and is among the biggest names in the Battle Royale genre on the mobile platform. It has seen steady growth and is enjoyed by players of various ages and professions all over the world. The title has also built up a massively active player base in India who play this game religiously.
However, the decision by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology to ban 118 apps and games for cybersecurity reasons in September came like a bolt from nowhere as the list included PUBG Mobile.
After a wait of almost two months, which seemed like an eternity to some fans, they finally received the news they had been eagerly awaiting. PUBG Corporation, in 12th of November, announced the special Indian version of the game. Additionally, various trailers were released on PUBG Mobile India’s official Facebook page. However, they did not provide details on the next version.
As the launch of the game has become imminent, various fake pages and videos have appeared on various platforms.

The original video is from Survivor Pass Season 9: HIGHLANDS and was uploaded to PUBG’s official YouTube channel. It has been edited to resemble the trailer for the Indian version and therefore the TapTap trailer is completely false.
