What is the procedure to request exemption from quarantine?

All travelers must submit a self-declaration form on the online portal – http://www.newdelhiairport.in – at least 72 hours before the scheduled trip, or physically after their arrival at the respective health counters. If they wish to request such an exemption in the categories of human distress, they must request it in the aforementioned online portal at least 72 hours before boarding.
