This is the first time the Chief Minister has spoken about the conspiracy theories surrounding the death of Sushant Singh Rajput that targeted actor’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty and her son Aaditya Thackeray, among others.
Without naming Kangana Ranaut, he said that “those who cry out for justice” accused the Mumbai police of being useless. “Mumbai is PoK (Pakistani Occupied Kashmir), there are drug addicts everywhere, they are painting that picture,” he said.

The ganja fields are in your state, you know where, not in our Maharashtra,” he said, in a direct attack on Ms. Ranaut, who comes from Himachal Pradesh and He attacked the state government for being a staunch supporter of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP.

Mumbai police said it was a suicide case, but prompted by social media theories, the actor’s family filed a complaint against Rhea Chakraborty and her relatives, accusing her of stealing his money and leading him to end his life.
Fueled by tabloid-style media coverage, the complaint sparked three separate inquiries from the Central Bureau of Investigation, the Directorate of Enforcement, and the Office of Narcotics Control, which have thus far discovered nothing against Ms Chakraborty, except that it helped Sushant Singh Rajput to buy banned drugs.
However, Ms. Ranaut and others like her have now turned to attack the state government and the police for other issues, such as allegedly restricting her right to freedom of expression.
