LJP Chairman Chirag Paswan, who broke away from the NDA in Bihar and has continuously attacked JD (U) chief Nitish Kumar, has received praise from BJP Chief Yuva Morcha, Tejasvi Surya.
Paswan caused a stir after he walked away from the alliance in Bihar, but he has been consistent in his praise for Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and in Bihar polls, he is facing only JD (U) candidates.
Campaigning for the BJP in Arrah on Sunday, reporters asked Surya about Paswan. Chirag-ji is a colleague in Parliament. He is a very energetic leader. Even in Parliament, he raises issues of Bihar with great dedication and statistics. He has made his position very clear, ”said the BJP leader.

When asked if that meant Paswan could be part of a government with the BJP, Surya said it was a post-poll discussion. “That is a post-election issue. He is a known leader. He is a young leader and a special friend of mine. I wish him well. Whatever the results, we can discuss after the elections, ”he said.
Surya, however, said that the BJP agenda was clear and the NDA’s top ministerial candidate remains Nitish Kumar.
“In the next government too, Nitish Kumar-ji will be the prime minister. The BJP and the NDA will win a two-thirds majority and win the election. And Nitish Kumar will be the CM of the future government, ”he said.

In response to the RJD election manifesto promising 10 lakh jobs, Surya said: “He (RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav) is only spreading falsehoods and false hopes. When you had the opportunity to be in government, why didn’t you think of 10 lakhs of jobs? Now they are spreading lies with this 10 lakh lie. The ‘princes’ who have been left politically unemployed after the arrival of Narendra Modi are now spreading these lies. “
