After their court marriage, Shaheer and Ruchikaa Kapoor flew to the former’s hometown of Jammu, where they had a small ceremony at his home. They also had another informal ceremony at Ruchikaa’s residence in Mumbai.
Recently, the Navya actor posted a photo of Ruchikaa recently, where she was seen flaunting the engagement ring and Shaheer holding her hand.
In an exclusive interview with Bombay Times, Shaheer shared that he has found a partner with whom he becomes himself, “Ruchikaa is honest when it comes to his feelings. The best part of our relationship is that we are friends first. Being an actor , I have to pretend in front of the camera all the time, but I have found a partner that I can be myself with. I have always said that I am a ‘tramp’ and I finally found the partner. I look forward to my endless travels with her. ”
The court marriage was attended by actress Supriya Pilgaonkar of Shaheer’s Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi, who played her mother on the show. The actor shares a very close bond with his real life and addresses it as ‘maa’.
