Many artists and filmmakers often use content without formal consent or approval, which eventually causes problems. Mollywood actor Dulquer Salmaan faced a similar fate recently when a journalist accused him of using his images in his movie without informing him.

According to the woman, her images were used in the Varane Avashyamund movie without prior consent or approval. The film has used a poster for a weight loss clinic, showing the image of the woman in the background.

Chetna Kapoor shared the message on Twitter, warning manufacturers to take legal action against them for embarrassing her using the image of a weight loss ad. “Dear @dulQuer @DQsWayfarerFilm Thank you for the feature film of your film, but I would like you to apologize for body shame in a public forum. The image in question was used without my consent and knowledge in your film. I would like to claim ownership of it . #VaraneAvashyamund, “he wrote with the movie clip.

She continued writing: “You have not used it once but twice in your movie. If I knew that one of my many accomplishments would be part of a Dulquer Salman movie, it would have helped them promote the movie even more. ”

Actor Dulquer Salmaan issued an immediate apology to the accuser. He replied, “We take full responsibility for the error on our behalf. I will investigate with the film’s concerned departments to understand how the images were obtained. I apologize for myself and for the film, as well as @DQsWayfarerFilm for the difficulties caused. It was not intentional. ”

Chetna later reported that the director personally apologized to her and decided to drop the subject.
