New Delhi:
US President Donald Trump tweeted early Wednesday about a “great victory” and accused his rival Joe Biden’s Democrats of “trying to steal” the election, citing no evidence, as the votes were counted in the election Americans.
“We are in a BIG time, but they are trying to STEAL the election. We will never let them do that. No votes can be cast after the polls close!” – the president tweeted.
“I’m going to make a statement tonight. Big WIN!”
Tonight I will make a statement. Big PROFIT!

Twitter flagged its tweet accusing Democrats of theft and said that “some or all of the content shared in this tweet is in dispute and could be misleading about an election or other civic process.”
The original tweet from President Trump, who misspelled the polls as “Polish,” was removed and replaced with a corrected version.
Trump’s tweets came immediately after Biden, in a speech in his hometown of Delaware, told his supporters to “keep the faith” and warned them that the final results could take a while.
“Keep the faith guys, we’re going to win this,” he said.
“We feel good about where we are. We have to be patient, we have to wait until every vote is counted … until every ballot is counted. But we feel good,” he said.
The remarks came after early results showed the two candidates largely retained the statuses already in their column, but without delivering a major victory that could decide the final tally quickly.
Trump retained the giant states of Florida and Texas, while Biden took Virginia and easily won New Hampshire.
