Trump, a Republican who defeated Hillary Clinton in the 2016 White House race, has yet to concede defeat to Biden despite the fact that nearly every media outlet rated the Nov.3 election in favor of the former vice president. The Trump campaign, which has alleged “massive electoral fraud,” has filed multiple lawsuits demanding that the counting of votes be stopped, although most of the lawsuits have been dismissed.
Until recently, Trump had even refused to help Biden with the formal transition.
