Since his big Twitter war on Thursday, fans and Twitterati have tagged him as ‘GOAT’ on social media and the hashtags #DiljitVsKangana, #DiljitDestroysKangana, and many other similar topics have been trending on the social media site to date.
It all started when Diljit on Thursday criticized Kangana for misidentifying an elderly woman, who had joined the farmers’ protest, as Shaheen Bagh’s Bilkis Bano. He also shared a video of the old woman in question, revealing that she was Mahinder Kaur.
Although Kangana had deleted his post, he responded to Diljit, calling him the “mascot” of filmmaker Karan Johar. While the actress had her loyal fans lending their support, Diljit received additional endorsement from Twitter users who also made memes of the entire episode.
Meanwhile, Ranaut has received a legal notice for its publication that has been considered ‘derogatory’. On top of that, another even filed a judicial petition in the Bombay High Court seeking instructions to suspend her Twitter account.
