Actress Dia Mirza has “vigorously refuted” reports of her alleged involvement in the Office of Narcotics Control investigations into a drug angle that stemmed from the death case of Sushant Singh Rajput.

Taking her official social media identifiers, the actress denied all reports against her and deemed them “false, unfounded and with malicious intent.”

In her post, Dia said: “I would like to strongly refute and categorically deny this news as false, baseless and with malicious intent.”

“These frivolous reports have a direct impact on my reputation being tarnished and it is causing damage to my career that I have painstakingly built with years of hard work,” he added.

The actress also made it clear that she has never used narcotics in her life.

“I have never acquired or used narcotics or contraband substances in any way in my life. I intend to pursue the full scope of legal remedies available to me as a law-abiding citizen of India, ”she said as she thanked her supporters for standing by her side.

Reports on Tuesday claimed the actress and former head of the beauty pageant is now under the NCB scanner after her name came up during an interrogation with Anuj Keshwani, a suspected drug dealer.

Reports claimed that the NCB found drug-related conversations between the actress and a talent manager, who is also Keshwani’s girlfriend. It was also alleged that the NCB had details of Dia’s 2019 drug purchases and that her manager had met with the street drug dealer once or twice regarding the same.
