IB ACIO 2020 recruitment begins

The Intelligence Office of the Ministry of the Interior has invited applications for direct hiring for the position of Assistant Central Intelligence Officer, Grade II / Executive. This is a post of the General Central Service, Group ‘C’ (Non-Official, Non-Ministerial). The pay scale for this post is Rs 44900-142400. There will be a special security allowance that will be 20% of base salary in addition to other government allowances along with cash compensation in lieu of duty performed on holidays subject to a 30-day limit.

“The position involves the responsibility of All India Service. Therefore, candidates who wish to work anywhere in India need only apply,” said the IB.
A total of 2,000 vacancies will be filled.
The minimum educational qualification required for this position is graduation. The minimum age for this job is 18 and the maximum is 27.
“The appointment to the position will be temporary. However, the appointment in permanent capacity will depend on several factors that regulate the permanent appointment in that position in force at that time, ”said the IB.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of an online test, a descriptive test and an interview. Candidates who appear in interviews may be subject to a psychometric / aptitude test that will be part of the interview.
