The Delhi High Court in Saturay refused to overturn the suspension on the broadcast of the ‘Bindas Bol’ program which will be broadcast on the private Sudarshan TV channel. The court has asked the Center to decide on the notice that was delivered to the channel within 48 hours from September 1.

The controversial program on the private television channel that claimed a “major revelation about the conspiracy to infiltrate Muslims into government service” was subject to judicial scrutiny before the High Court and High Court of Delhi.

In the viral clip, the channel’s editor-in-chief, Suresh Chavhanke, had alleged a conspiracy in the “overwhelming” number of Muslim students who passed the Union Public Service Commission examinations and was scheduled to broadcast a large exposition on conspiracy to infiltrate Muslims into government service. ‘ While the higher court has set the next hearing date of September 15, the higher court will hear the matter on September 7.
