NEW DELHI: Congress Leader Jairam Ramesh offered an apology on Saturday to Vivek Doval, son of the national security adviser Ajit doval, before a Delhi court in connection with a criminal defamation case. Therefore, I would like to offer my apologies to you and your family for any harm the statements may have caused.
