Kartik Aaryan turned 30 on Sunday and was showered with heartfelt birthday wishes from colleagues in the industry. Deepika Padukone shared a photo of the actor on her Instagram story and wished the two could work on a movie soon. She wrote: “Happy birthday. May we sign a fun movie together this year. ”
Earlier this year, Kartik had expressed his desire to work on a movie with Deepika. Taking his Instagram story, Kartik had shared a collage of his throwback photos and had written “Hai kisi Director mein dum (Will any director dare)?” He had shared a collage of a photo of him in his Maine Pyaar Kiya look and a still of Deepika from the movie Om Shanti Om.
Anushka Sharma also took to Instagram Story and shared a portrait of Kartik in traditional outfit, writing a sweet birthday wish. She noted, “Happy birthday Kartik! Have a wonderful year ahead. “
Many of his other colleagues in the industry also desired Kartik on the occasion. His Luka Chuppi co-star Kriti Sanon shared a candid photo with him on his Instagram story and wrote, “Shhhhh. Don’t reveal the secret yet (you know which one). Hahaha. I wish you a fabulous year Guddu ji! “

Kartik’s Pati Patni Aur Woh co-star Bhumi Pednekar shared a video with the film’s cast and Kartik as they sang the birthday song for him. Along with the video, Bhumi wrote: “Happy birthday to the nation’s heartthrob, the one with the best pose, the heartthrob.” In the video, Kartik is seen wearing a red hoodie, post in which Bhumi congratulates him by saying, “I think you are the best, and you look so good in red today, you are just hot peppers.” She added, “This must definitely be your best birthday wish.”
