NEET 2020 Result Declared | The National Testing Agency has soon declared the result of the national income eligibility test (NEET) on its website ntaneet.nic.in or nta.nic.in. The medical entrance examination was carried out on September 13 in pencil and paper mode.

A total of 15.97 lakh candidates registered for NEET UG 2020, of which 85-90 percent showed up for the exam that was conducted amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to a report by 360 racing, the testing agency will first release the final answer key for all sets. Results will be based on the final answer key.

Along with the result, the 2020 NEET ranking list will also be released.

A report from The Indian Express He said that following the outcome statement, counseling for NEET UG 2020 will begin. Students who qualify for counseling are among those with less than 15 percent of all quotas in India. The list of qualified candidates will be sent by NTA to the DG of Health Services, a medical examination cell of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare that will be conducting the counseling rounds.

Steps to check the result of NEET UG 2020:

-Login to the official NTA website: ntaneet.nic.in.

-Click on the link that says “NEET UG 2020 Result”.

-Enter your login credentials.

-The result and all the ranking of India will be displayed on the screen.

Candidates belonging to the general or unreserved category must achieve a 50th percentile score or higher to qualify as NEET 2020. The limit for PH candidates without reservation is the 45th percentile, for SC, ST, OBC candidates is 40 percentile.

NEET is held for admission to medical and related courses across the country, on the basis of which students meeting the cap will earn admission to 80,005 MBBS, 26,949 BDS, 52,720 AYUSH and 525 BVSc and AH places in colleges of medicine and dentistry.

This time, 15 AIIMS institutes and two JIPMER institutes will also provide admission to medical applicants according to their NEET 2020 results.
