Dawid malan hit an undefeated 99 out of just 47 balls like England he pursued an imposing goal to overcome South Africa for nine wickets in the third T20I in Newlands and complete a clean sweep of the Proteas.
South African Captain Quinton de Kock he chose to hit first after winning the toss, and after a choppy start, his team posted 191/3 on the board.
Rassie van der Dussen (74 of 32) Y Faf Du Plessis (52 of 37) added an undefeated position of 127 runs for the fourth wicket.
However, a record response of Jos Buttler (67 not out of 46) and Malan propelled England to victory in just 17.4 overs.
Buttler and Malan added a record partnership of 167 second-field runs in just 90 deliveries.
England and South Africa will now play a three-match ODI series, starting at the same venue from Friday (December 4).
