WHAT THEY SAY
MS Dhoni, CSK captain: Hopefully the wicket won’t slow down much. We have time at a very important juncture and it will also help us reflect what we need to change in hitting and bowling. The momentum when hitting is one of the key aspects. The duration has been crucial and the experience really plays out. We have a number of changes, in fact. Vijay, Ruturaj and Hazlewood give way to Rayudu, Shardul and Bravo.
David Warner, SRH Captain: We are going to have a bat. It looks like a good wicket and we want to put races on the board. We are a good team defending. Hopefully we can defend it. There are no changes for us.
– PITCH UPDATE: SRH wins the pitch and chooses to hit.
– PITCH REPORT by Kevin Pietersen and Michael Slater: We are in the middle way. So in terms of dimension, it is the same in both square limits. There is less grass and it is a little firm underneath. The layer of grass has begun to dissipate. 40% of the windows have reached spinners. Maybe it’s a little slower. The captain who wins the toss must seek to bat first.
– The drawing will take place at 7 PM IST. Although most teams have preferred to chase so far, all six matches in Dubai have been won by teams hitting first (two of them in Super Over). So it will be interesting to see if MS Dhoni or David Warner take that into consideration.

MATCH PREVIEW BY S. DIPAK RAGAV
Chennai Super Kings come into their fourth match against Sunrisers Hyderabad in an unknown position. He’s at the bottom of the points table after losing two of his first three games.
Accumulation
The 2016 champion comes into the contest with momentum on his side after beating Delhi Capitals comprehensively earlier this week.
The wicket in Dubai on Wednesday showed first signs of turning, especially as the Kolkata Knight Riders spinners were bowling in the second inning. This should be encouraging for Piyush Chawla and Ravindra Jadeja, who have been mediocre so far.
After his victory in the last game, SRH seems to have identified his combination with three foreign recruits that reinforce the batting department. Kane Williamson’s 41 of 26 balls against Delhi proved to be the turning point.

The CSK leadership could consider Imran Tahir to strengthen the effects department, which would mean it would have to sacrifice a foreigner in Josh Hazelwood.
Key men
For CSK, the good news is that both Ambati Rayudu and Dwayne Bravo are fit and available for selection. Rayudu was the star of the Super Kings in their first game against the Mumbai Indians.
If David Warner or Jonny Bairstow can go after the CSK bowlers at the top of the order and post a grand total, Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s men could be under the bomb.
