KXIP could have halted the Mumbai Indians’ five-game winning streak in the last game, but the four-time champions have been one of the teams in the form of this IPL.
Mumbai is currently third in the points table with six wins and may catch up with the leading Delhi Capitals again with another win. With the Royal Challengers Bangalore in second place also competing for the top two places, Rohit sharma & Co will not take a sub-par and out-of-stock CSK lightly.
MS Dhoni said he would make changes after his loss to the Royals. But as long as CSK has a mathematical chance, it’s hard to see Dhoni ring up wholesale trades. Only Kedar Jadhav and Piyush Chawla can make way for the youngest.
