THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The loaded questions asked by the CPM secretary of state, Kodiyeri Balakrishnan, on Friday if Koran is a sacred text forbidden in India and if there is an order from the Modi government prohibiting the distribution of the holy book in the country, it gives a new dimension to the gold smuggling scandal that has shaken the political sphere of Kerala.
