With 1,383 new cases of coronavirus reported in India in the last 24 hours, the total number of cases in India has increased until 19984, according to the latest data from the Ministry of Health. The death toll from Covid-19 rose to 640 after 50 victims were reported in 24 hours. And currently, there are 15,474 active coronavirus patients in the country. Data from the Ministry of Health showed that 3,869 people who had been infected with conoraviruses have recovered.
Maharashtra remains the most affected state with 5,218 cases and 251 victims. The other states that have seen the most cases include Delhi (2,156), Tamil Nadu (1,596), Rajasthan (1,659), Madhya Pradesh (1,552), Gujarat (2,178), Uttar Pradesh (1,184), and Telangana (928).
