Varun Dhawan, who recently contracted the coronavirus, shared a post on his Instagram profile on Monday morning. Varun, who was busy with the promotions of Pawn No. 1 and had started shooting for Jug Jugg Jeeyo, announced that it tested positive for coronavirus and wrote: “So when I went back to work in the era of the pandemic, I contracted covid-19. The production took all precautions, but there is still nothing safe in life, especially covid -19 “. The actor asked his fans to be “more careful” and added, “So please be more careful, I think I could have been more careful. I see the messages that you get better soon and my spirits are very high every day. Thank you. “
The actor had initially published a collage of photos together with his friends and had captioned it: “Vitamin Friends.” However, he shared a new post with the same text.

Varun Dhawan had started shooting to Jug Jugg Jiyo along with Anil Kapoor, Kiara Advani, Neetu Kapoor and Prajakta Koli, which was supported by Karah Johar’s Dharma Productions. However, filming on the film was halted after Varun and Neetu Kapoor reportedly contracted the virus. Anil Kapoor, in one of his tweets revealed that he had tested negative for coronavirus.

Several television stars recently announced that they had also contracted the virus.
