The number of coronavirus-positive cases in Himachal Pradesh crossed 100 as many as 12 people tested positive on Wednesday.
While the 11 people tested positive in the district of Kangra, a new case was registered in Kullu, taking the total in the account 104.
In Kangra, all the 11 people who had returned from Mumbai (bombay), May 18. They were maintained in institutions of quarantine. After five people who tested positive in the morning, six new cases were reported later in the day. This is the greatest day of increase of cases in the district.
Of the five people who tested positive in the morning, three are of a family — the mother, the son and the daughter-in-law — of Jheol people, one is a woman of Lambagaon and one is of a 31-year-old man of Jawalamukhi.
Of the six cases detected later, three are of the family, the husband, the wife and the children of Sari Malog people. A 55 years of age, man of the people Chanjehari in Bhawarna area, 21 years of age, man of the people Kohli in Baijnath area and an eight-year-old girl Lambagaon village have also given positive.
All 11 patients were transferred to the coronavirus containment centre at Baijnath on Wednesday.
This has led to the total number of coronavirus-positive cases in the district of Kangra at 32, with 25 active cases. There has been a death.
Meanwhile, a young man of 23 years of age, a man of Ani area in Kullu district was found Covid-19 positive at the faculty of medicine in Mandi.
The man had arrived in the Kullu district on the 18th of May from Mumbai, along with nine other people.
