AMARAVATI: Coronavirus cases crossed the 800 milestone in Andhra Pradesh, reaching 813 as 56 new cases were added in the state in the last 24 hours ending Wednesday morning. The number of coronaviruses also increased to 24, while many patients had recovered and been discharged from hospitals in the past 24 hours, according to a latest Covid-19 bulletin.
He said 5,757 samples were analyzed during the period, of which 5,701 were negative.
The Kurnool and Guntur districts continued to maintain a worrying trend, adding 19 new cases each, adding 203 and 177 respectively, the first two in the state.

At the same time, eight coronavirus patients were cured and discharged from the hospital in Guntur, five in Anantapuramu, four in SPS Nellore and Kadapa, two in Krishna and one in Visakhapatnam.
The total number of patients discharged from the state now increased to 120.
