Congressional Senior Leader Ahmed Patel said today that he has tested positive for COVID-19 and has self-isolated at his Delhi residence.
By announcing it on Twitter, he urged all those who have been in close contact with him recently to isolate themselves.
“I have tested positive for COVID-19. I ask everyone who was in close contact with me recently to self-isolate,” he said on Twitter.

Many congressional leaders, including Abhishek Singhvi and Tarun Gogoi, tested positive for COVID-19.
