According to civil aviation minister Hardeep Puri, more than 200,000 Indians abroad had registered for repatriation and the final number could be double. A) For people who are trapped in foreign lands and want to return to India, the Home Office has presented detailed guidelines:

1) Priority will be given to distressed urgent cases, including dismissed migrant workers / workers, short-term visa holders facing visa expiration, people with medical emergencies / pregnant / elderly women, those who must return to India due to the death of a family member and students.

5) When boarding the flight / ship, MEA will facilitate the thermal evaluation according to the health protocol. Only asymptomatic travelers could board the flight / ship

6) All passengers will be asked to download the ArogyaSetu application on their mobile devices.

7) MEA will show with at least two days’ notice, the time (day, place and time of arrival) of the incoming flight / ship, on its online digital platform.

YES) For the movement of stranded people in India who wish to travel abroad:

1) Only those people will be able to travel to the destination countries, who are citizens of that country; those who have a visa of at least one year of duration from that country; and green card or OCI card holder.

2) In cases of medical emergency or death in the family, Indian citizens with six month visa can also be allowed.

3) Before the tickets of such persons are confirmed, MoCA will ensure that the destination country allows such persons to enter that country. The conditions, if any, imposed by the destination country, must be fulfilled by the person who intends to travel.

4) The cost of the trip, as specified by MoCA, will be assumed by said travelers. saw. When boarding the flight, MoCA will ensure that all travelers undergo a thermal evaluation according to the health protocol. Only asymptomatic travelers would be allowed to board the flight. vii. What will be the flight rates of Air India:

For a flight to London from Mumbai on May 8, the cheapest fare is 62,960. Is 175,922 for business class, and 230,018 for the first class.
