UPSC CSE 2020 Preliminary Results: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) today declared the result of the preliminary round of the Civil Services Exam (CSE) at upsc.gov.in. The result is also available at upsconline.nic.in. The exam was conducted in the midst of the pandemic on October 4, and candidates who sat for the exam can verify their results now.
Candidates who qualify now will need to complete Detailed Application Form I (DAF-I) for the Civil Services Major Exam. The DAF will be available on the Union Public Utilities Commission website from October 28 to November 11 until 6pm. To check whether they are on the qualification list or not, candidates should follow this procedure:

Step 1: visit upsc.gov.in
Step 2: click the results link
Step 3: A PDF will open, check the roll number
Step 4: Fill DAF starting October 28, if qualified
The CSE Main will be held on January 8, 2021. The electronic admission card along with the schedule for said exam will be uploaded to the commission website for eligible candidates about 3-4 weeks before the start of the exam , as per the official notice.
The cut-off marks and answer keys of the screening test will be uploaded, declaration of the final result. UPSC CSE 2019 topper Pradeep Singh scored 1072 points on the exam, which is roughly 52.9 percent. He had scored 158 out of 275 on the interview and 914 out of 1750 on the written test.
At UPSC CSE 2019, the cut-off marks were 98. For those belonging to the EWS category, the marks were 90, 95.34 for OBC category applicants, 82 for SC and 77.34 for ST candidates …check the limit of the last three years.
