The latest tweet from the late actor Chadwick Boseman’s account has become the most liked post on Twitter. The tweet, which announced Boseman’s disappearance, currently has 6.1 million likes, 2.9 million retweets, and more than 152,000 responses. The tweet had a photo of Boseman accompanied by a statement from his family.
Boseman passed away Friday after a four-year battle with colon cancer. Best known for playing the role of T’Challa or Black Panther in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films, he was also known for playing Jackie Robinson in 42, an American soldier named Norman in Da 5 Bloods, Thurgood Marshall in Marshall, and James Brown in Get on Up.

Since his death, there has been a flood of tributes from movie people and politicians, including Joe Biden and Barack Obama. Boseman’s MCU colleagues, actors like Chris Evans and Robert Downey Jr, also paid tribute to the actor.
Downey Jr tweeted a gif of the two together and wrote: “Mr. Boseman leveled the playing field as he fought for his life… That’s heroism. I will remember the good times, the laughs and the way the game changed … #chadwickforever @chadwickboseman. “

Chris Evans shared two photos of himself with Boseman on Twitter and wrote: “I am absolutely devastated. This is beyond heartbreaking. Chadwick was special. A true original. He was a deeply engaged and constantly curious artist. He had a lot of incredible work to create. I am infinitely grateful for our friendship. Rest in power. “
