Bollywood celebrities and cricketers have voiced their support for the agitator farmers who are holding a protest on the Delhi borders against the three agricultural laws passed by the Union government.
Celebrities are also condemning the use of force and water cannons against farmers by the Haryana police.
The MLA Navjot Singh Sidhu Congress tweeted, “Triumph of the Punjabi spirit. Kisan Morcha is democratic, pristine, and non-violent. Any attempt by the agencies to thwart it will fail. Punjabiyat is our shield, the Universal Brotherhood our philosophy and driving force ”.
Harbhajan Singh has tweeted: “The farmer is our food supplier. We should give the food supplier a little time. Wouldn’t that be reasonable? Can’t we hear them without a police showdown? Please listen to the farmer, Jai Hind. “

Actress Taapsee Pannu posted a sarcastic tweet and shared photos of farmers in front of water cannons saying, “Chalo, let’s not waste time and quickly #BoycottFood come on Twitter, you can do it.”
