Noting the unprecedented situation, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has decided to provide another opportunity for all failing students in classes 9 and 11. The Minister of Human Resources, Ramesh Pokhriyal, through his tweet today , suggested that schools conduct online / offline testing. for classes 9 and 11. The minister also asked schools to provide adequate time for students to prepare for reevaluations.

The board circular strictly asked schools to retake school tests for failing students. “The opportunity will be extended to students regardless of whether their exams have been completed and the results have been published or their exams have not been completed. This facility will be extended regardless of the number of subjects and attempts, “says the board statement.

Schools can take the exams online / offline and can decide promotions based on this test. “This unique opportunity is only spreading in the current year in light of Covid-19’s unprecedented conditions. This benefit is a one-time measure and will not be extended in the future, “said the board’s statement.
