In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, this is a welcome development for thousands of students anxiously awaiting the date sheet of the CBSE 2021 Board Examination. It is expected that after the announcement of dates by the Union minister, Pokhriyal, students can plan their studies in a more effective way.

“I am going to announce the testing date for students taking the CBSE board exams in 2021 at 6pm on December 31st,” Pokhriyal tweeted.

The CBSE Class 10, 12 Board Exam Date Sheet would be available for download on the official CBSE website (cbse.nic.in) after the announcement of the date sheet by the Pokhriyal Union Minister.

During his online interaction with students a few weeks ago, Pokhriyal had hinted that the CBSE Board exams will not be canceled. The minister, however, assured the students that they will have enough time to prepare for the CBSE Class 10, 12 Board Exams. Pokhriyal had also suggested to the students that they prepare for the exams.

Previously, the CBSE had removed some topics or chapters from the syllabus and the revised CBSE 2020-21 syllabus was published by CBSE in July. CBSE encourages students to thoroughly verify the revised CBSE 2020-21 syllabus.
