According to Additional SP, Sambhal, Alok Kumar Jayswal, Chhote Lal Diwakar (50) and his son Sunil Kumar (28) were shot to death over a dispute regarding a road constructed under MGNREGS in Shamsoi people. Diwakar the women of the village pradhan.

Innocent people are murdered every day in the state under the BJP government… Before this incident, the SP leaders were killed in Azamgarh and Jaunpur,” said a statement issued by the party, citing Akhilesh.
